Thanks to the Secretary and Principal for bringing me to Squamish and asking me to paint for them. We created "carved wooden walls" with windows looking out to familiar natural scenes that Squamish is famous for. The huge Squamish nation "welcome figure", as well as the Haida dugout canoes, are integrated into this mural. The imposing rock cliff, called the Chief, and beautiful Shannon falls were also requested. What a wonderful experience and what kind and generous hosts! I was well taken care of!
